Collazo Residence (Renovation and Addition):

This house is located in the Herald Harbor area, Maryland. The project was for a second floor addition to include a new Master Bedroom Suite with private balcony, Guest Bedroom with private bathroom, multiple new fireplaces, Sitting Room and a Balcony overlooking the water. There is also a spiral stair up to a third floor study (Crow's Nest). A new First Floor entrance with foyer and steps was also included into the design. The intent was to make the addition look like it was originally built as one design plan. Designed in association with Smiley's Residential Design Service, LLC

Zublionis (Renovation and Addition):

This house is located in Davidsonville, Maryland. The project was for two additions on opposite ends of the existing dwelling. On one side a new 30'x30' In-Law Suite was added that included a private entrance, one bedroom, handicap accessible bathroom, living room, dining area and kitchenette. On the other side of the house a new 17'x21' Master Bedroom Suite was added that also included a complete renovation of the existing bathrooms to create a cleaner larger bathroom suite and walk-in closet. A new covered Front Porch, new siding throughout and changes to the Garage area were also completed.

Holland (Renovation and Addition):

This house is located in Millersville, Maryland. The project was for the addition of a two story family room addition with finished basement, master bathroom remodel and addition and extending the garage out to provide for a secondary side entrance. Special consideration during the design process had to be given to the family room design because of the close proximity of the existing septic system. This project also required a variance hearing due to the fact the garage extension needed to reduce the front building restriction line.

Two views of the rear after construction completed. The "L" shape of the design was due to the existing septic system location close inside the "L". Design included vaulted ceilings and a new fireplace in Family room.
