Berke (Renovation and Addition):

This project located in Annapolis, Maryland was to demolish an existing entry porch and replaced it with a new more appropriate period version.

100 year old Porch before demolition.

Construction Completed.

Porch extended to meet up with Rear Porch. Decking removed and replaced with Mahogany T&G Natural Stained Decking. Columns and trim are White Azek. New gutters matched to existing style. Mahogany Box built to cover up the unsightly Gas Meter.

After Construction.

Rear Porch Screened in and decking replaced with Mahogany T&G.

New Front Entry Porch extends along side to meet up with Rear.

The "New" Rear Screened-In Porch complete with new furniture, Mahogany T&G Decking and Doors and Ceiling Fans.

Kinard (Renovation):

This project located in Millersville, Maryland was to demolish the existing second story sun room and replace it with a new 13'x19' Sun Room and a 15'x15' Deck. The design features include the use of IPEE Decking in and out, AZEK Trim, Cable Railing System, low voltage lighting and vaulted ceilings.

Skewes (Addition):

This project located in Bowie, Maryland was for a two story addition to the front of an existing dwelling. The space on the first floor included a guest bedroom with private bath. The second floor design was for a new master bathroom suite to include a large walk-in closet, a separate shower and large sunken tub.
